Sometimes, when you’re not in the tournament, you just want to help out. So…if you want to help get professional anglers to the stage at the BASSMASTER Classic, call or email John Fontenot at firstname.lastname@example.org / 832-233-6500. You will be doing what we all do on Saturday, driving a truck pulling a boat. The only difference is, it will be at Minute Maid Park at the super bowl of bass fishing, March 24 – 26. Anyone willing to volunteer to work behind the scenes at the Classic, please contact John Fontenot. Thanks in advance!!

Texas BASS Nation
2017 Board of Directors
B.A.S.S. was founded as a grassroots organization in 1967 by Ray Scott, dedicated to organizing the bass anglers of America, stimulating public awareness of bass fishing as a major participation sport, improve our members’ skills as bass anglers through the exchange of expert bass catching techniques and ideas, creating a tournament trail, improve the environment by uniting and amplifying the voices of anglers, and to secure a future for our youth.
Texas B.A.S.S. Nation has set up a series of competitive tournament trails all across Texas, which are dedicated to the original principles of BASSMASTER. These events provide anglers with the opportunity to advance and compete at the highest levels of our sport. No other grass roots organization provides a path to the BASSMASTER Classic.
Membership is easy – join a Texas BASS Nation Affiliated Club, or sign up as an At-Large member. Tournament registration is easy. Just contact the Regional Director in your area for more information and get signed up to compete for your opportunity to advance.
